Former Premier League manager Harry Redknapp has reportedly been targeted in a violent burglary at his £5 million home in Sandbanks, Dorset.

Masked intruders armed with sledgehammers broke into the mansion while Redknapp and his wife, Sandra, both 78, were away. The gang is believed to have stolen jewellery and other valuables belonging to Sandra.

The burglary, described as “clearly organised,” was caught on CCTV and showed the suspects ransacking the property. A source said the robbers “used lump hammers and a sledgehammer” to break down the door.

The house, currently up for sale, was unoccupied during the incident. A spokesperson confirmed the break-in but added, “Harry doesn’t want to make a fuss… it’s a matter for the police.”

Redknapp is known for managing Tottenham, West Ham, and Portsmouth, and is the father of Sky Sports pundit Jamie Redknapp. Police investigations are ongoing.
