The man posted a video on social media of the seller washing and drying hundreds of takeout outside in the sun.
The vendor had set them up on the barren ground, and the man used his phone to photograph all of the takeaways.
He stated that the seller had washed the takeout, and she intended to reuse them to serve meals to customers when she is commissioned to deliver food.
