A Nigerian lady has sparked widespread reactions online after sharing a deeply emotional discovery made shortly after her father’s burial.

According to her post, the incident occurred two weeks after her father was laid to rest, when family members entered his room to sort through his belongings.

“We were clearing out my Dad’s room two weeks after the burial. Found a locked briefcase under his bed. We forced it open, expecting land documents or his will,” she wrote.

However, what they found inside the briefcase left them stunned. Instead of documents, it contained a single photograph showing their father posing with another woman and three boys.

The family noticed that everyone in the photo was dressed in the same “50th Birthday” lace outfit they had worn during his celebration two years earlier, raising immediate suspicions.

The situation became even more emotional when she recognised a personal item in the image.

“The youngest boy is wearing my favorite watch. The one Dad said he lost at a wedding. He didn’t lose it; he just gave it to his other first son,” she added.

In other news… Nigerian music star Ayodeji Balogun, widely known as Wizkid, has responded to a viral video released by fellow singer Ebunoluwa Damini Ogulu, popularly called Burna Boy, concerning his reported clash with DJ Tunez, whose real name is Michael Babatunde Adeyinka.

The controversy began after a clip surfaced online showing an altercation involving Burna Boy and DJ Tunez at a nightclub, sparking widespread discussion among fans. In response to the backlash, Burna Boy shared another video to clarify the situation, denying claims that he ordered anyone to attack the disc jockey and insisting that events did not unfold the way many had assumed.

Wizkid, however, took to social media to weigh in on the matter, posting a series of tweets aimed at Burna Boy. In his remarks, he mocked the singer and made references to his association with American rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs. He also used humorous jabs and nicknames, while suggesting that Burna Boy would eventually try to explain himself further.

The Ojuelegba hitmaker went on to claim that Burna Boy had physically confronted DJ Tunez during the incident, adding that there was video evidence to support his assertion. His posts included several harsh remarks, which quickly fueled reactions across social media.

Fans of both artists have since been divided. While some criticised Wizkid for engaging in online taunts rather than addressing the situation directly, others defended him, praising his boldness and willingness to speak out.
