- Annie Macaulay has shared a cryptic message on social media, suggesting she’s ready to move on with her life.

Nigerian actress Annie Macaulay, the estranged wife of music legend Innocent Idibia (popularly known as Tuface), has shared a cryptic message on social media, suggesting she’s ready to move on with her life.
Posting on her Instagram story, she wrote: “Naa just archive and move on,” a statement many believe reflects her current mindset.
Annie’s marriage to Tuface, with whom she has two children, ended in January 2025 after the singer publicly confirmed their separation.
Since then, Tuface has moved on with Edo lawmaker Natasha Osawaru, while Annie notably deleted all her Instagram posts shortly after the breakup was made public.

In other news…. Veteran Nollywood actress, Moji Afolayan, has spoken out about the disturbing prevalence of sex-for-roles in the Nigerian movie industry.
During a recent interview with Ojumomo TV, the actress who is also the sister of celebrated filmmaker Kunle Afolayan recalled how she was systematically denied acting opportunities because she refused to offer sexual favours.
Afolayan alleged that certain influential figures in the industry conspired to blacklist her for rejecting their advances.
She said:
“Actresses, don’t give yourselves to any movie producer, director, or even production manager. It will tell in the future. Because I did not warm the beds of these producers, it affected my career. They will agree amongst themselves that I must not be given roles.”
The respected actress didn’t hold back as she condemned the unethical behavior, noting that many of those involved know the husbands of the women they harass.
She added:
“These culprits will tell me, ‘Is it only your husband?’ and I will tell them to just be on their own. Thank goodness I did not give in. Now, these guys will list all those they have slept with like trophies.”
Moji Afolayan’s bold revelations have stirred conversations about the need for reform and accountability in Nollywood.
