Investigative journalist Kemi Olunloyo has claimed that Juma Jux, husband of Nollywood actress Priscilla Ojo, was denied a Canadian visa by the High Commission in Tanzania.

The development comes as Priscilla and her mother, Iyabo Ojo, are in Canada ahead of the arrival of Priscilla’s first child. The couple had earlier announced the pregnancy via a joint Instagram post.

According to Olunloyo, Priscilla’s baby is being carried through surrogacy, and Juma Jux is reportedly expected to be absent for the birth.

“Jux was denied a Canadian visa by the Canadian high commission in Tanzania. He will not be there when Mohbad Mkambala is born by the surrogate. Trust me, he’s not missing anything”,The post stated.

“She left her business, work and life in Lagos just to take care of her baby, who is expecting a baby soon. I don’t even get to think about what I want to eat because she’s already in the kitchen making me something. The best grandma award definitely goes to Queen Mother”.
