Popular Nigerian TikTok influencer Jarvis has officially confirmed her engagement to fellow content creator Peller, ending months of speculation about their relationship status.
The 23-year-old opened up about the engagement during a recent interview with Channels, clarifying the events that followed Peller’s viral proposal in December 2024. At the time, Peller, now 19, had proposed to Jarvis during a live stream, offering her a ring. Jarvis had dismissed it then as a mere “promise ring” and denied any romantic ties with him.
However, Jarvis has now acknowledged that they are indeed engaged. “Yes, we are engaged. He actually proposed though it came as a surprise to me,” she revealed. “Marriage is a big step, and we’ll take it when the time is right. You have to be cautious.”
When asked why she doesn’t wear the ring, she explained that it doesn’t fit her, so she keeps it safe at home instead.
Jarvis also admitted she initially doubted their compatibility due to Peller’s online persona. “I honestly didn’t think we’d click. But he’s very different in real life calm and sincere. Social media can be misleading,” she said.
She added that getting to know Peller beyond the screen helped her see his genuine side, which ultimately led her to accept the relationship.
