Nigerian Afrobeats singer Iyanya has announced the release of his fifth studio album and an upcoming tour of the United States.
The album is set to drop on September 12, 2025, followed by the “IYANYA: The Forester’s Son Tour” from October to November. The tour will kick off in Brooklyn, New York, and include stops in Boston, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis, Denver, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, and North Carolina.
“Album arrives Sept 12, hit the road Oct & Nov, United States, here we come,” the Kukere hitmaker wrote on Instagram.
This will be Iyanya’s first American tour since 2019, and he is reportedly planning a series of shows expected to mark his biggest comeback yet.
Meanwhile…… GISTLOVER had earlier reported that Singer Iyanya has responded to allegations from a notorious Instagram blog claiming his former manager, Ubi Franklin, stole a watch from a luxury jeweler at Davido’s wedding.

Debunking the story, Iyanya wrote:
“This is a Big lie.
The jeweler has come out to deny this, it was a gist fabricated to tarnish Ubi’s name by those who don’t like him with that circle.
I will not let my brother be dragged for nothing.”
