Nollywood actress and producer Iyabo Ojo has announced fresh details about the premiere of her upcoming film, The Return of Arinzo.
Taking to social media on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, the actress revealed that Florence Ita-Giwa will serve as the “Mother of the Day” at the highly anticipated event. She also shared a clip showing the former senator praising her work while displaying the official invitation and premiere package.
In her caption, Iyabo introduced the lawmaker’s role, writing, “Meet the mother of the day @therealitagiwa,” confirming her involvement in the ceremony.
The premiere is set for Sunday, March 29, 2026, at Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel. Attendance will be ticketed, with premium options such as a platinum table for six reportedly priced as high as ₦6 million.
This update comes shortly after fellow actress and podcast host Biola Adebayo issued a public apology over her controversial interview with Baba Ijesha. In the video, Biola clarified that the interview was not intended to defend or absolve the actor, nor to damage Iyabo Ojo’s reputation.
Despite the apology, Iyabo Ojo has reportedly unfollowed Biola on Instagram and has yet to publicly respond.
