British-Nigerian musician, Odeal, has revealed his ongoing struggle with maintaining long-term romantic relationships.

During a recent interview with Dose Of Society, the singer admitted that most of his past relationships have been short-lived, rarely lasting more than a year. He recounted one exception that extended beyond a year but clarified that it was inconsistent and marked by a series of breakups and reconciliations.

“None of my relationships have lasted more than a year. It’s kind of funny. I think one did, but it was very on and off,” Odeal shared.

Reflecting on these experiences, the artist stated that he doesn’t place blame on his former partners for the lack of success. Instead, he pointed to his current priorities, noting that he is now fully focused on his music career.

Odeal also spoke on the lessons he has learned, emphasizing the importance of building solid friendships and taking time to truly understand someone before jumping into a romantic commitment.

“Don’t force a relationship. Concentrate on yourself first and see what naturally fits. Forcing things often makes them go wrong,” he advised.
