An alleged eyewitness has come forward with a detailed account of an incident that reportedly took place on an Ibom Air flight, including claims that a flight attendant damaged a passenger’s phone.
The story was shared in an audio clip posted by X user @UnkleAyo, who described the flight attendant’s behavior as manipulative.
According to the eyewitness in the recording, the flight attendant whom he described as appearing intoxicated with authority asked a passenger to turn off her phone. The passenger explained that her phone was already set to airplane mode and that she was merely browsing.
The situation escalated when the flight attendant reportedly became aggressive and allegedly slammed the passenger’s phone.
The eyewitness recounted part of the incident by saying…
“That lady did not do up to 10% of what I would have done if I were in her shoes. The truth is that those people posted what they wanted everybody to see. They created a narrative that people could see so that people could actually pity them. This lady was not insultive, she was not rude. The whole issue started from the air hostess. That lady is power drunk…”
