Nollywood actor Olaide Olabanji has expressed disappointment over his interactions with fellow actress Mercy Aigbe, claiming that his earlier support for her career was met with ingratitude.
In an interview with Oyinmomo TV, Olabanji recounted how he had assisted Mercy Aigbe when she was starting out, only to feel let down by her current behavior toward him. He suggested that the actress harbors negative feelings, noting that she seems displeased whenever she sees his photos and allegedly wishes him harm.
Reflecting on these experiences, Olabanji remarked that fame and success can change people’s attitudes. He stated, “I helped Mercy Aigbe, but she repaid me with wickedness. I observed that whenever she sees my picture, she always looks unhappy. It made me realize that some individuals act differently once they gain prominence.”
