Popular Chef Hilda Baci of Nigeria says she has been cooking for roughly 15 to 17 years in a recent statement.

The Akwa-Ibom state-born, 27-year-old CEO of “My Food By Hilda” said this in a recent interview with Pulse.

Remember how Hilda Baci broke the Guinness World Record and set a new one by cooking continuously for 100 hours and 40 minutes a few days ago? Hilda became one of the top topics of discussion online.

When questioned about her favorite food, Hilda Baci named the native rice from her restaurant as her favorite, describing it as the greatest seller.

Speaking further, Hilda Baci disclosed that her favourite dish to prepare is Afan soup while her least favourite dish to prepare is epkangkwukwo because of the excess needed to put in it.

She also stated that her three (3) favourite kitchen tools she can’t do without include, a nice pot, a sharp knife and a rough chopper.
