She recounted on X (formerly Twitter) overhearing a private conversation between two men that left her reflecting on the complexities of love and marriage.

According to her post, one of the men spoke quietly to his friend, but his words carried a profound emotional weight.

He reportedly said, “My wife is an incredible woman… she’s been such a devoted mother to our children.”

After a pause, he continued, “The problem is… I don’t feel the same love for her as I once did. Sometimes I even question how I fell in love with her in the first place.”

The woman noted that his friend stayed silent, allowing him to open up further.

He went on to recount their journey together, saying they had grown, struggled, and endured hardships side by side. “We grew up together, faced challenges together, and survived many tough years. When life was hard, it felt like we were truly in it together,” he explained.
