Yimika Owoaje, a Nigerian man who has resided in the United Kingdom for three years, has expressed excitement about returning to Nigeria.
In a video, he discussed the doors of opportunity that opened when he returned to Nigeria.
Despite possible concerns about the fluctuating dollar, electrical troubles, and insecurity in Nigeria, Yimika explained in a passionate video why he opted to return.
Drawing on his experiences in the United Kingdom, Yimika underlined the importance of community as one of humanity’s greatest blessings.
He expressed thanks for remaining active and finding career prospects after his return.
In addition to advancing his profession in the country, Yimika indicated a desire to give back to the community as part of his future ambitions.
“After 3 years of living in the UK, I did a reverse Japa and I’ve moved back to Naija for the foreseeable future. Community is important to me. Being back in Nigeria, I have resolved to play whatever role I can to grow our steadily growing entertainment industry. There’s a lot of work to be done, but I’m sure we can rise to the occasion together!” he captioned the video.
