The woman, identified as @gbemretonia on TikTok, posted a video showing a foundation and borehole already dug on her property.

She recalled, “I once carried out drainage work on this land after buying it,” expressing shock at the new construction. Describing it as “an act of repossession,” she lamented that someone had taken over her land without her consent.

The incident reportedly happened at Immigration Estate. Despite her anger, she sarcastically thanked the builder, saying they had “provided her with a new foundation and borehole.”

The video, which showed active construction work, sparked mixed reactions online, while some urged her to take legal action, others suggested the new builder might also have been scammed by land agents.
