- A Nigerian lady has gone viral after stating that husbands are easy to find, advising women to be less selective, embrace traditional roles, and show tolerance in marriage

A Nigerian woman has sparked heated debate online after sharing her views on how single ladies can find husbands, amid growing concerns over the difficulty of meeting marriage-ready men.
In a viral post shared on X by @Janefrances_Al, she claimed that “husband is very easy to get,” arguing that men are readily available but women make things difficult by being too selective.
She advised women to focus on building successful careers while also embracing traditional marital roles, including caring for and supporting their husbands. The woman further encouraged tolerance, suggesting that wives should avoid confrontation even if their husbands show interest in other women.
Emphasizing financial independence, she stated that a thriving career helps women make better relationship decisions.
In her words:
“Husband is very easy to get, it is the girls of this days who are being picky!!!
If not, it’s very easy to get a husband. All you need do is have a thriving career, then choose from the crowd in Nigeria a man to house him, feed him, take care of him, and perform all your duties as a wife.
It doesn’t end there. When he starts wandering, or his eyes start lingering, you either befriend all the women in a calm manner, don’t complain, don’t argue, or better yet, you turn a blind eye when a man whom you are housing, clothing, and providing for is reciprocating your kind deeds with lust.
So like I said, men are very easy to get. It is just this generation of women who dare think that they deserve better than what their mothers and aunts endured with grace.”
