  • The incident occurred after Lil Frosh declined to acknowledge the host in front of his friends.
  • The confrontation is linked to a previous social media post about Lil Frosh, suggesting ongoing tensions.

Nigerian music star Lil Frosh has called out nightlife personality Yhemolee over an alleged physical confrontation at an upscale party, claiming he was slapped in front of his friends after declining to acknowledge the host.

The controversy, which the singer linked to a previous social media post made about him, has reignited discussions around celebrity disputes, behavior in public spaces, and accountability within Nigeria’s entertainment industry.

Recounting the incident, Lil Frosh said the clash happened at an event where he and his crew reportedly spent ₦5 million on a table. He explained that unresolved tension from an earlier online video influenced his decision to keep his distance, a choice he believes led to the altercation.

The story has since gained traction across social media, sparking divided opinions among fans and industry watchers.

According to him, “Yhemolee posted a video about me online, and since then I decided I wouldn’t have anything to do with him. At the party, I didn’t greet him, and he came up to slap me in front of my friends. It was his event, and we paid ₦5 million for a table.”

Incidents like this are not new in the entertainment scene. In August 2023, similar disputes between artists and influencers over perceived disrespect at social events stirred conversations about ego and personal boundaries in nightlife culture.

As of now, Yhemolee has yet to address the allegation publicly. Meanwhile, many fans are calling for calm and urging both parties to resolve the matter responsibly.
