According to reports, Nigerian singer, Harrysong will be released after he tendered an apology to music executive, Sosoberekon for defaming him.
Following his arrest, he claimed that all he said about Sosoberekon was due to pressure. The latter, has, however, dropped all charges levied against him.
The singer was arrested yesterday, 11th of October, 2022 following claims that Sosoberekon sent people after his life in Port Harcourt.
It will be recalled that yesterday evening, the singer confirmed his arrest via his mamangement.
It reads:
“I got arrested as I landed in Lagos my phone has been seized, and they won’t allow me to communicate with my people”
Recall that Harrysong was picked up by men of the Lagos state police command this on Tuesday over his running battle with music executive, Sososberekon.
Soso petitioned the Inspector General of Police on grounds of defamation and threat to life by Harrysong.
Recall that Harrysong had in a recent interview alleged that Sososoberekon, who he described as his enemy, sent some people to kill him in Port Harcourt .
Harrysong arrived in Nigeria this morning and was picked up by the police from the airport. Police sources told LIB that he will be questioned over the matter and might be released or detained further depending on the outcome of their investigation.
