After a year, a Nigerian woman known only as Mahreesa is moving to Canada to be with her husband. She is ecstatic about this reunion.
The touching film, which followed the woman as she traveled from Nigeria to Canada, was posted on TikTok under the username @Mahreesa.
The video opened with Mahreesa getting ready to see her spouse again, showcasing her enthusiasm and determination from both her and her parents.
She started her journey by going to the local market and making a thoughtful selection of what she would need for the journey.
She then made the initiative to improve her appearance by getting her nails and eyelashes done and braiding her hair in elaborate designs.
At Lagos’s Muritala Muhammed International Airport, Mahreesa bid farewell to her family and friends who had supported her over the transformative trip as she set off to marry her spouse.
Excited, the woman took a plane to Canada, where her spouse was waiting for her with open arms.
The couple’s sweet reunion was captured on camera as they gave each other a quick hug after a year apart.
