The director revealed that since committing to celibacy, he has noticed a significant improvement in his life, claiming that it has helped resolve many of his challenges.
Sharing his thoughts on X, he stated, “Since I took my oath of celibacy, half of my problems were solved.”
His statement sparked varied reactions online, with some questioning its sincerity while others expressed interest in adopting celibacy to experience similar benefits.
Previously, singer Tiwa Savage had revealed that she has been celibate for three years. She explained that her decision stemmed from being single, noting that she only feels sexual desire within a romantic relationship.

However, during her own visit to her partner’s family, things played out differently. She revealed that his mother immediately directed her to the kitchen to cook for everyone. After serving the meal, she was also asked to clean up by washing all the dishes used by the family.
The lady admitted she was displeased with the situation and openly declared that if being “wife material” is defined by enduring stress and suffering, then she does not fit the role.
Her caption, “I don go my house, when you ready to marry carry your mama come beg me,” further suggested that she may have left her partner’s family home upset.
