Nigerian Media personality and TV Host, Frank Edoho has defended his colleague Toke Makinwa after a critic questioned her ability as the host of the Gulder Ultimate Search reality show.
The Twitter user claimed that viewers lost interest after the organisers of the show announced Toke as the anchor for the 2021 edition.
According to Omotayo, hosting such a show is as weird as Frank Edoho hosting a beauty pageant.
Responding to the tweet on Monday, Frank told the critic that her analysis was wrong as most TV hosts are versatile and are not restricted to one area of specialisation.
He also added that he hosted Miss Africa University Beauty Peagent twice in a row.
“Your analysis is absolutely wrong. Most TV hosts are versatile and aren’t restricted to one area of specialisation. By the way, I hosted the Miss Africa University Beauty Pageant twice in a row. Some of us do a plethora of work, we don’t like posting, “he wrote.
