A United States of America-based IPOB leader, Candy Stallworth, has denied allegations that she has abandoned the Biafran struggle.
Stallworth was reacting to rumours claiming that she collected $1million from chieftains of Nigeria’s ruling party, All Progressives Congress (APC) in order to abandon the Biafran agitation.
Writing on her Facebook page on Sunday, July 23, Stallworth said the allegations were mere propaganda.

She wondered how someone can send her such huge amount of money from Nigeria to Florida, USA, where she is based.

Gistlover.com reported recently about how Stallworth cautioned supporters of the group to quit hate speeches in their quest for the sovereign state of Biafra.

“Please present IPOB and Biafra as a non violent entity so that Americans will want to help and build for us but when they see you attack and bring ugliness it makes them think less of you,” she wrote in a Facebook post.
