The federal government has approved ₦712 billion for the renovation of Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos.

The terminal will be stripped to its structural frame and rebuilt with modern systems, including a new apron, access roads, bridges, and support facilities. The project is expected to last 22 months.
