A video of a Nigerian instructor giving away free meals to his pupils in class went popular on social media.
The video was posted on TikTok by Ilorin chef @tastespecial2, who included a tag indicating that the event may have taken place at the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN).
A few young males were seen in the video opening the fried rice, which had been placed on plastic plates and sealed in a large sack.
The video explored round the classroom to display the different ways students enjoyed their food. It seems that @tastespecial2 was among the pupils who benefited from the lecturer’s kindness.
She withheld the identity of the academic who was responsible for it, though.
