Fans Express Concern As Simi Resort To Medication Over Album Pressure

Ardent Fans have expressed concern for multi-talented Nigerian singer, Simisola Kosoko popularly known as Simi after she decisively settled for medication to enable her find sleep while working on her next studio album.

The mother of one via her Instagram story cried out for help over her inability to sleep due to the workload heaped on her as she works on a special project.

The singer had later settled for a sleeping medication called ”Melatonin”

This came after Simi, in her Insta stories noted that she only sleeps in the morning and never at night.

She wrote;

“Guys, I am really desperate now. I can only sleep in the mornings (long story) and i’ve only ever been able to sleep well at night. So i need something to help me sleep and stay asleep for at at least 7 hours, inspite of daylight. Not alcohol or medicine. Help! Bad Sleep especially this constantly, is horrible for anyone’s health.”

In another post; the singer talked about how hard and sick the project she is currently working on is, adding that God has her back to see her through it.

‘‘I feel like I’ve slept a total of 10 hours in 5days cause I keep putting out small ”fire” I didn’t see coming back to back lol. This is sick and hard, but it’s coming together cause God got me and he doesn’t play about me. #tobehonest #Jun3″. She wrote on her verified Instagram

She, however, concluded on Melatonin as the drug she’s settling in for, ”Ok Melatonin it is’‘

Her fans, however, urged that she takes things easy on herself so as not to break down.
