A Nigerian man has voiced his frustration online after discovering that his sister, who resides in Europe, secretly set up a CCTV camera at the construction site of a house he is building for her.
The video, shared on X (formerly Twitter) by @omoelerinjare, shows the man expressing his shock and disappointment over the unexpected surveillance.
He revealed that his sister had entrusted him with overseeing the project, relying on him to manage the construction on her behalf.
While he has been dedicating considerable effort to ensure the project progresses smoothly, he was taken aback upon learning about the hidden camera.
The man also shared that, as the older sibling, he feels his role and authority have been undermined by her actions.
In his words: “Guys, see my sister o. My sister dey Italy, gave me this project to help her build it. Now my sister gets mind, go carry CCTV camera put am for site where I’m building the house for her. This is my younger sister that did this to me o. How can I explain this?
So if this girl no trust me, why did she give me the project to help her to do it? Guys, I don’t know. Guys, I don vex. I’m thinking of leaving this project for her because why will she do such a thing… How can you go and install a CCTV camera at the site where I’m suffering to help you build your house?
