A young Nigerian man has urged parents to stop sending their daughters to school if they cannot afford the fees.
In a viral video, he said: “If you know you can’t pay your female children’s school fees, don’t send them to school.”
Instead, he advised parents to invest in teaching their daughters a trade and setting up businesses for them, warning that lack of support in school often pushes young women into risky lifestyles, including fraud, hookups, and exploitation.
He added that some girls even end up sending money home while struggling in school, stressing that proper vocational training is a better alternative when resources are limited.
