  • An Oyinbo man has gained attention online for warning Nigerians about Donald Trump’s recent comments regarding Nigeria.
  • He advises Nigerians to be cautious and not to interpret Trump’s words literally.
  • The warning highlights concerns about the underlying motives behind Trump’s statements.

An Oyinbo man has gone viral online after issuing a warning to Nigerians about the alleged motives behind former U.S. President Donald Trump’s recent remarks concerning the country.

In his cautionary message, the man urged Nigerians to remain vigilant and not take Trump’s words at face value.

Trump had earlier claimed that Christians in Nigeria were facing “genocide” and called on the government to act swiftly. He also warned that U.S. forces might intervene if the Nigerian authorities failed to curb terrorist activities.

The statement sparked widespread debate online, drawing mixed reactions from Nigerians.

In response, President Bola Tinubu’s administration released an official statement emphasizing that Nigeria recognizes and protects all religions, dismissing any claims of government-backed genocide.

In a TikTok video shared by user @yosin.6, the Oyinbo man expressed doubts about Trump’s sincerity, suggesting that his comments were not driven by genuine concern for Nigerians.

According to him, Trump’s real interest lies in Nigeria’s oil resources, not in protecting the country’s citizens.

In his words:

“Bro, he’s lying. Nigerians, listen, Trump isn’t coming here to help us. Nobody helps anyone for free. You need to understand, the only thing he wants is our oil. That’s it. So don’t be fooled. Stay alert and know what’s really going on.”
