Mr Macaroni, a Nigerian sketch maker and performer, has turned to Twitter to draw attention to the disagreement between Davido and Burna Boy.
Mr. Macaroni took this move after engaging in an online fight with a troll who claimed to be a Davido fan.
Mr Macaroni previously appeared on X to denounce a video of Davido’s bodyguard, Lati, striking a supporter of his boss.
Mr Macaroni said it was inappropriate and that Lati could have handled the situation better. However, a Davido fan with the username @kellybonito_ chastised Mr. Macaroni in a post for neglecting to reply to Burna Boy’s statement on veteran rapper Eedris Abdulkareem’s health.
The 30BG member said that if Davido had mentioned someone’s health, Mr Macaroni would have responded.
In response to Davido’s supporters’ charges, Mr Macaroni declared that he does not want to join in fandom wars on X (formerly Twitter).
Macaroni says that his essay on the attack on a Davido fan was written to defend a Nigerian who had been mistreated and treated cruelly. After explaining, Mr Macaroni added that he is a tremendous fan of Davido and is confused whether the troll likes the singer as much as him.
