Lawyer and activist Deji Adeyanju has called on FCT Minister Nyesom Wike to urgently fix the deplorable road leading to Nyanya Hospital in Abuja.
In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), Adeyanju posted a video showing the untarred and damaged road, lamenting how its poor condition could delay patients seeking medical attention.
He criticised the minister’s priorities, saying that fixing such critical infrastructure was more important than traveling abroad or making media appearances.
Adeyanju wrote that addressing the poor state of the road would serve the people better “than taking your children to Dubai or appearing on Channels TV to make noise.”
The video has since sparked widespread reactions online, with many Nigerians urging the FCT administration to take immediate action to rehabilitate the road and improve access to the hospital.
