Afrobeats sensation Davido had a humorous response for an X user who mocked him for coming from a wealthy background.
The user claimed that Davido’s success and lifestyle were simply the result of being born into privilege.
Upon seeing the comment, the singer responded with a witty comeback, saying:
In other news….. A 20-year-old woman has reportedly died during a bus journey in Brazil after collapsing with 26 iPhones glued to her body.
The young lady was said to be travelling alone from Foz do Iguaçu to São Paulo when the bus stopped at a restaurant in Guarapuava, Paraná State. She started complaining of difficulty in breathing and later collapsed.
Emergency responders were called and tried to revive her for about 45 minutes, but sadly, she was confirmed dead at the scene. Witnesses say she appeared to have a seizure before passing away.
While trying to treat her, medics noticed strange packages on her body. Police later discovered 26 iPhones glued directly to her skin. The phones have been seized and handed over to Brazil’s Federal Revenue Service.
No drugs were found on her, but bottles of alcohol were discovered in her bag. Police say they are still investigating the matter and waiting for autopsy results to confirm what caused her death.
Her identity has not been released to the public.
