- Blord sparked an online debate by discussing his predominantly female workforce.
- He attributes this choice to societal pressures faced by men, which he believes affect their workplace behavior.
- Blord argues that women experience fewer societal pressures, leading to greater integrity in managing large sums of money.

Blord recently ignited online debate after sharing why the majority of his workforce are women.
He explained that men experience greater societal pressures, whereas women are under less, which, in his view, influences workplace behavior and integrity when managing large amounts of money.
Blord elaborated that when men handle millions of naira in a company without misappropriating funds, it is often because they feel satisfied with what they already have. He acknowledged that women can also steal, but he considers such cases uncommon.
To illustrate the scale of his business operations, Blord revealed that in 2025 his company paid out ₦1.1 billion in salaries, averaging around ₦90 million per month, with much of this managed by female employees.
“Women face less pressure in society, while men bear most of the world’s pressure. When a man works in an organization where millions of naira pass through his hands without thinking of stealing, it is usually because he is content with what he has,” he stated.
His comments have sparked varied reactions online, with some praising his perspective, while others criticized it as sexist and self-serving. The discussion has quickly become a trending topic across social media platforms.
