Big Brother Naija season 7 housemate, Rachel, is now talk of the town after she was spotted adding sugar inside a boiling rice.

The housemate, who was recently unveiled as a rider on the reality show, today offered to cook for her level mates.

However, she realized the house was out of salt halfway through the cooking process, so she made do with sugar.

In the absence of salt, Rachel added sugar to the rice to taste.

When a surprised Eloswag asked why she added sugar to rice, she noted that she doesn’t like cooking food without taste, so she made do with what was available.

In related news, Big Brother Naija season 7 housemate, Ijeoma Josephina Otabor better known as Phyna, has gotten people talking online after she made an unusual request from Biggie during a task.

On Wednesday evening, the housemates had a cooking task sponsored by Knorr, and were given food items and cooking utensils to cook different meals.

They were divided into teams and each team was expected to prepare a predetermined meal with the cooking cube.

During the task, Phyna, a 25-year-old content creator and hype girl, called on Big Brother’s attention because she had a question.

When he responded, the Edo-born housemate, in her usual jovial and free-spirited self, said she doesn’t know how to use the pressure cooker provided for the task, and asked if her team could use a normal pot instead.

Biggie took a long pause to ruminate on the question and then gave her permission to use a normal pot.

Interestingly, Phyna’s team comprising of her fellow housemates – Bryann, Chizzy, Daniella, Kess and Pharmsavi – won the task.
