Big Brother Naija season four winner, Mercy Eke, has achieved another major milestone as she officially earns a master’s degree from a university in the United Kingdom.

Photos and video clips circulating online show the reality TV star graduating from the University of Sunderland, where she completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme.

Friends, family members, and fans took to social media to share the good news, congratulating Mercy on her academic success and celebrating the achievement.

Recall that in March last year, the Pepper Dem winner returned to school in the UK to pursue her MBA. At the time, she stated that she was done playing and fully focused on facing reality and chasing her dreams.

Since news of her graduation emerged, social media has been filled with congratulatory messages from fans and well-wishers.

In other news…. Ridwan Lasisi, the elder brother of petite Nollywood actress Aunty Ajara, has announced her death, bringing an end to weeks of concern over her health.

The actress had been hospitalised for some time, during which her colleagues publicly appealed to Nigerians for financial support to help cover her medical bills.

Earlier updates about her condition were shared by fellow actress Mama Nonetwork, who revealed that Aunty Ajara was dealing with serious pregnancy-related complications alongside kidney problems. She explained that her health continued to deteriorate despite treatment, prompting renewed calls for donations.

In a video now circulating on social media, Ridwan confirmed that Aunty Ajara passed away overnight. He stated that medical personnel informed the family of her death in the early hours.

He expressed deep appreciation to her colleagues who stood by the family throughout the difficult period, as well as to Nigerians and fans who contributed financially toward her care. Ridwan also announced that all donation requests should cease, explaining that the appeals were solely for Aunty Ajara’s treatment, which was no longer necessary following her passing.

The news sparked widespread grief among fans and supporters, many of whom described her death as painful and heartbreaking while offering prayers for her soul.
