Nollywood star Bamike Adenibuyan, widely known as Bambam, has opened up about balancing her career and home life.
In a conversation on the Echo Room podcast hosted by her husband, Tope “Teddy A” Adenibuyan, the actress explained how she keeps work and family separate.
Bambam noted that she is deliberate about setting boundaries, stressing that once a shoot wraps, she steps fully back into her role as a wife.
She said: “Even if there are no k!ss!ng scenes you’d believe that these people are dating, It’s just my style of acting. And when they say cut, I’ll take my costumes off, get into my car and go home to my husband.”

In other news… A young lady has advised women to normalize telling men they are virgins, arguing that many men are hypocrites.
In a viral video, she said: “Normalize telling these men you are a virgin, this is for the girls so if you are not a girl you should scroll.”
According to her, when in the talking stage with a man, women should boldly say they are virgins, claim they want to “keep their body holy,” and let the man spend money on them.
She added that if they eventually marry, the woman should use gripping techniques during intimacy.
However, if the man discovers she is not a virgin, she advised: “She should first show remorse and later tell the man that she had tried to keep her virginity but lost it.”
She said, “first show remorse, it will calm his nerve a little before you go in with your big lampa. So, you can be like, baby I tried to keep it, I kept it for years but it fell, I lost it not that somebody came inside of me, I lost it.”
She added, “Baby I tried to keep it, I wanted to keep if for the one I loved but it fell, I lost it, I Went back to carry it, but I did not see it and I was scared to tell you.”
She ended the video by saying that if the man loves the lady, he will help her to find the lost virginity.
