Controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, has once again taken aim at Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, this time over the social media presence of her grandson.
In a lengthy post, Olunloyo mocked Ojo, pointing out that her grandson had gained “100K followers in the past 24 hours”. While congratulating her on the feat, she argued that babies should not be allowed on Instagram “unless they are a visible public figure.”
Olunloyo further threatened to mobilize her “flag team” to report the baby’s account for violating platform rules, declaring: “Mohbad can NEVER post on his own Instagram again. You dimmed his light by obstructing justice and being an accessory after the fact. He can’t post his music, his shows etc.”
In a fiery close, Olunloyo invoked Mohbad’s memory while directing her words at Ojo: “REMEMBER Baby Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, your instant social media sensation GRANDSON will endure and experience everything Mohbad went through. God has ordained it. Amen.”
The post has since stirred mixed reactions online, with some criticizing Olunloyo’s choice of words, while others described it as another chapter in her long-standing feud with Iyabo Ojo.

Taking to her page, Phyna admitted that she allowed anger get the best of her while narrating the incident. She revealed that aside from the trauma of the encounter, she also had to deal with fixing scratches and replacing items yanked off her windshield.
In her words:
“It wasn’t my intention to malign the Yoruba tribe or cause division, the damage could’ve been done by anybody from any tribe. I’m not a bigot, I love all tribes, I love my Yoruba brothers & sisters and it’s evident in my creative works with how much I’ve worked with them.”
The BBNaija star further stressed that while her anger influenced her choice of words, it doesn’t excuse them.
“My anger does not in any way justify the tweets I made, I’m human, I’m not perfect and I’m using this medium to apologize — Emabinu, E f’orijimi,” she added.
Her apology has since sparked mixed reactions online, with fans commending her humility while others believe the damage may have already been done.
