Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has slammed Edo Governor Monday Okpebholo over his threat to Peter Obi, saying any attack on Obi is an attack on all well-meaning Nigerians.
Atiku reacted to a viral video showing Edo Governor Monday Okpebholo warning Peter Obi not to enter the state without his permission.
“Let it be known that a threat against Peter Obi or any of us is a threat against ALL of us!”
“His safety won’t be guaranteed… If anything happens to him, he’ll have to face it… I’m now in charge here,” Governor Okpebholo said while speaking to party supporters during the defection of a federal lawmaker to the APC.”
