Nigerian singer Asake has stirred reactions online after videos surfaced showing moments from his visit to the holy city of Mecca during the final days of Ramadan.

In one of the viral clips, the singer was seen struggling within a large crowd while trying to touch the Black Stone (Hajar al‑Aswad) located at the Kaaba.

As the crowd pushed forward, a man close to him could be heard encouraging the singer, saying, “Asake manage! You’ll feel like you want to die, but won’t.”

Another video also showed a tense moment involving a Saudi police officer who reportedly attempted to stop the singer from taking photos with fans in Mecca.

Earlier during his trip, Asake was also seen in Medina, where he reportedly received special attention at the Al‑Masjid an‑Nabawi. In videos shared online, the singer was allowed to perform prayers at a location believed to be one of Prophet Muhammad’s favored spots inside the mosque.

The videos have since generated mixed reactions on social media, with many fans discussing the singer’s experience during the religious trip.
