Upset about arriving with makeup on in a tricycle, she added that they spent nearly two hours deciding whether to cancel their outing.

A lady expressed her frustration after she and her friend were forced to take a Keke Napep in Ota due to repeated trip rejections by car-hailing drivers.

Despite offering a higher fare, no driver accepted the ride because of the poor, flood-ridden road. She said at least four drivers viewed the request but declined.

Upset about arriving with makeup on in a tricycle, she added that they spent nearly two hours deciding whether to cancel their outing.

Eventually, they went ahead and joked during the ride about buying a car to avoid such stress next time.
