According to the user, who goes by @udemeAkpan01 on X, his brother was defrauded by a trusted associate who was later tracked down and apprehended.

Instead of opting for a conventional form of punishment after recovering the scammer, his brother chose a different path. He reportedly told him to retain the money and repay it through labour.

Following this arrangement, the individual spent about six months running errands for his brother in order to offset the ₦1 million debt.

Over time, he continued working in logistics for him and has since maintained a clean record with no incidents of theft at work.
