Sunny Ade and Fuji star Wasiu Ayinde Marshall were among the entertainers who performed at the 80th birthday celebration and biography unveiling of businessman Olatunde Badmus. The event also attracted several dignitaries, including the Ooni of Ife.

Among the clips that surfaced online from the occasion, one video particularly caught the attention of many social media users. The footage showed Sunny Ade expressing deep respect for the monarch in line with Yoruba cultural traditions.

In the clip, the Juju legend was seen approaching the Ooni while the monarch was seated and speaking with guests. After removing his cap and bowing respectfully, Sunny Ade was warmly received by the traditional ruler, who held his hands and helped him up before they shared a brief conversation.

The singer continued to bow respectfully as they exchanged greetings, a moment that many viewers described as admirable and culturally rich.

Reports by Tribune Online stated that the ceremony was held in Osogbo and attracted notable personalities, including Aliko Dangote, former President Olusegun Obasanjo, and Ademola Adeleke.
