A Nigerian man has stirred widespread reactions online after revealing the amount he received from the foundation led by Jerry Eze.
His post surfaced shortly after the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ola Olukoyede, explained the reason behind the six-month investigation into the cleric.
The man, identified as Yunus Oyetunde on Facebook, shared a screenshot showing a credit alert of N4.2 million, which reportedly hit his account on April 29, 2026.
Expressing deep appreciation, he praised the cleric’s generosity and the impact of the gesture. In his words:
“I simply want to say ThankYou from the very bottom of my heart. Your kindness and generosity reminded me, once again, that true humanity knows no religious, tribal, or cultural boundary”.
He went on to reflect on his experience at the event, noting that beyond the financial support, he gained valuable connections and insights.
“I left the event center with a lot of takeaways, filled with people’s numbers, lessons, perspectives that I didn’t even walk in with”, he added.
The revelation comes in the wake of the Jerry Eze Foundation Business Grant Award Ceremony, which held in Abuja on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, where several beneficiaries received financial grants aimed at supporting their ventures.
