In other news… A Nigerian lady has shared details of her encounter with billionaire businessman Femi Otedola at an airport, sparking reactions across social media.

The lady, identified as @ijayy on TikTok, revealed that she met Otedola at Gateway International Airport.

According to her, she approached the billionaire for a photo after spotting him, and he willingly agreed.

A viral video from the moment shows her excitement as she posed for the picture with him, which she later framed.

“Of course, I met the most humble billionaire in Nigeria. I asked for a picture and of course I had to have it framed because why not? @Temi Ajibade your dad is such a sweet man,” the caption reads.

This comes after Otedola was named Africa’s “poorest billionaire” by Forbes.

Despite that label, his net worth is estimated at $1.3 billion.

The drop in his wealth is linked to his decision to sell a significant stake in Geregu Power Plc below its market value.

Nonetheless, Otedola remains a major force in the business world, with strong investments across multiple sectors.
