Afrobeats star Damini Ogulu, better known as Burna Boy, has dismissed allegations that he was joined by ten other men during his recent confrontation with Wizkid’s personal DJ, DJ Tunez.

Following the incident, both DJ Tunez and Wizkid suggested on social media that Burna Boy had attacked the DJ with a group.

However, during a livestream with Shallipopi on Wednesday night, Burna Boy refuted these claims. He admitted to hitting DJ Tunez but insisted he acted alone, saying he landed two slaps.

“Shalli, no be 10 people touch that guy, na only me. I swear with my mama. If I dey lie, make Ogun carry my mama go anywhere wey Wizkid mama dey. Na only me – two slap na im I give am,” he stated.

The “African Giant” singer added that had he been supported by others in the altercation, he likely would have ended up in the hospital.

He also shared that after the clash, he remained at the club for about four hours, anticipating a counterattack from DJ Tunez’s team, only to discover the DJ was venting online instead. Burna Boy noted that although DJ Tunez was accompanied by a few men at the club, they fled upon seeing him..
