Nollywood star Funke Akindele has publicly commended her co-star Uche Montana for her performance in the Netflix movie Behind The Scenes. In a social media post on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, Funke named Montana her Woman Crush Wednesday (WCW) for her portrayal of Mariam, a close friend of Aderonke Fernandez’s character.
The post also addressed and dismissed circulating rumours suggesting tension between Akindele and Montana.
