A recent video shared by Nigerian model Olajumoke Orisaguna has sparked concern across social media after fans noticed a change in her appearance while she performed a freestyle song on TikTok.

The clip, which marked her return online, shows Olajumoke singing casually to the camera. However, rather than focusing on her performance, many viewers were drawn to her looks, with several describing them as unusual.

Olajumoke first rose to fame in 2016 after she unexpectedly walked into a photoshoot featuring British rapper Tinie Tempah. The shoot, captured by photographer TY Bello, became a life-changing moment for her.

In the now-famous image, she was seen balancing a tray of bread on her head as she passed through the frame a moment that quickly went viral.

Almost overnight, she secured modelling deals, endorsement opportunities, and media appearances, becoming one of Nigeria’s most celebrated “grass-to-grace” success stories. She later improved her English, signed management contracts, and attended major events.

Despite the rapid rise, her fame gradually declined, and she faded from the spotlight, leaving many wondering about her journey behind the scenes.

She re-emerged in 2024 as a radio host with her show Kilon Shele, where she spoke openly about the challenges she faced after her breakthrough. Olajumoke revealed that some people allegedly exploited her limited education and also shared experiences of domestic abuse involving her former husband, Sunday Orisaguna.

Her story earned widespread sympathy, with many Nigerians applauding her strength and expressing hope for her comeback.

However, her latest TikTok appearance has once again shifted public attention, reigniting conversations about her current condition.

@azuritefabrics:”Hmmmmm This is why I sometimes say, fame is not for everyone. If only they’ve left her alone to be selling her bread jejely, maybe she’d have turned out better.”

@Themandemi:”Heartbreaking. Sometimes the money/fame/clout gives you a better life. Sometimes, it hastens your spiral into a dark abyss.”

@Merald__Mute:”She looks high”

@shegedis_:”She made the fame, money came, endorsement keep coming in, boom, she had issue with her husband, and the man suddenly don’t fit her standard any longer, that is a wrong move. That man could have been there and both tweaking their life to be more greater, women are w0rse than men”
