Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has shared what he described as prophetic words from businessman Obi Cubana.
The actor made this known on his Instagram page after visiting Cubana Millennium City in Asaba.
According to Yul, he had gone to the site to discuss a few matters with the businessman. After their meeting, Obi Cubana reportedly made a declaration about him.
Yul said the businessman told his team that he would one day own a house at the property.
The actor noted that Obi Cubana has been making such impactful gestures toward people for many years without public attention.
He praised the businessman, describing him as a true leader who invests in people and helps build their future.

A true Igbo King and leader.
A man who has built many men and keeps building.
I recently visited him at his site, Cubana Millennium City, Asaba, to discuss a few things, and when we were done, he told his team, ‘Yul will own a house here.
Just like that, unexpected.
This is what he has been doing for so many people for so many years, silently.
But many Igbos don’t know what we have.
