  • The pastor highlights a noticeable difference in approach based on the donation size.

Pastor Paul Ephraim has spoken about the different ways people approach him when they want to give money, noting that their behaviour often changes depending on the amount involved.

In a statement, the pastor explained that some people who intend to give smaller amounts tend to be very persistent when trying to reach him.

“Just because say you wan give Pastor N200k, you’re calling, ‘Hello, man of God, please, are you in the office? Please wait for me… wetin man go do na, I dey office,’” he said.

Pastor Ephraim pointed out that this level of urgency is often unnecessary, suggesting that the pressure from donors is sometimes greater than the amount they plan to give.

He then compared this to situations involving larger donations, where donors tend to act differently and communicate less.

“Your friend go transfer 3 million, they no go even call me. After some time, they will just say, ‘Sorry sir, just to confirm, did you get the… oh was it you, I was trying to look for… The Lord bless you… The Lord bless you, Amen daddy,’ that’s all,” Pastor Ephraim said.

According to him, people who give larger sums usually do so without demanding immediate attention.

Reflecting on the situation, the cleric added: “But you N200k, you say make I no go anywhere, make I wait for you, just before God don bless you.”

He ended by encouraging people to show patience and respect when giving, regardless of the amount involved.
