Social media activist VeryDarkMan has weighed in on the growing controversy surrounding Mirabel, offering a legal perspective amid widespread calls for her arrest over alleged false accusations.
In a video shared online, VeryDarkMan addressed the public outrage, stating that many people may be misunderstanding what constitutes a false accusation under the law.
“I see how everyone is saying Mirabel should be arrested for false accusation,” he said. “Mirabel cannot be arrested for false accusation because for it to be a false accusation, there has to be someone who was actually accused. She didn’t accuse anybody.”
His remarks come as social media users continue to debate the situation, with some insisting that Mirabel should face legal consequences. However, according to VeryDarkMan, the absence of a clearly named or directly accused individual weakens claims that a prosecutable false allegation was made.
The activist emphasized that public opinion should not replace proper legal interpretation. He suggested that while people may feel strongly about the issue, it is important to distinguish between online narratives and what can legally stand in court.
VeryDarkMan’s comments have since sparked mixed reactions. Supporters agree that emotions should not override due process, while critics argue that the broader implications of the statements made should still be examined.
As conversations continue to unfold, his intervention has added a new dimension to the debate shifting the focus from social media outrage to questions about legal definitions and accountability.
