The case drew further attention when Mirabel shared screenshots of messages allegedly sent by the suspect. In the messages, he reportedly admitted to using a blade and his fingers on her and claimed to be the son of a wealthy man, insisting he would face no consequences even if the matter went to court.

Certain neighbors claimed that Mirabel was not assaulted and alleged that she had previously misled people about her mother’s death in an attempt to receive financial support, even though her mother had passed away about a year prior.
